Important Note

All subscription fees are final and non-refundable. We will only issue a refund where required by applicable law, or where there was a verified billing error on our part, such as:

  • A charge made after your account was cancelled or deleted due to a fault on our systems
  • Accidental duplicate charges
  • A refund required by applicable consumer-protection law

3.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription charges and renewals after your free trial converts
  • Partial month usage
  • Account suspensions due to Terms of Service violations
