Report a Correction

Our data comes from official government notices, but mistakes and timing gaps still happen. If a listing looks wrong, outdated, or shouldn't be here, please tell us — we take accuracy seriously and review every report.

When to send us a correction

The address, legal description, or parcel does not match the official notice.

The closing date or status is out of date, or the sale was cancelled or postponed.

The minimum tender or assessment figure looks incorrect versus the source document.

You are the owner or the municipality and the property should be redeemed, removed, or updated.

So we can follow up if we need more detail. We do not share it.

Prefer email? You can also reach us at [email protected]. No account is required. We review each report against the official source and update the listing when confirmed.

Important: we are an independent service and not a government body. For the legally binding notice, deadlines, and to submit a tender or bid, always contact the municipality directly. We can correct our copy of a listing, but we cannot change an official sale.

What happens after you report a correction

  1. 1

Your report is recorded and queued for review. If you gave an email, we may follow up for more detail.

  2. 2

We compare the reported field against the official municipal or government source for that listing.

  3. 3

If the report is confirmed, we update the listing and note the correction. If we cannot confirm it against the source, the report is marked accordingly and no change is made.

  4. 4

If you provided an email, we'll let you know once your report has been reviewed.
