TaxSalesPortal was born from a simple frustration: finding and analyzing tax sale properties in Canada was incredibly time-consuming and inefficient.
As investors ourselves, we spent countless hours tracking down listings across hundreds of municipal websites, researching properties buried in PDFs, and trying to determine if a deal actually made sense. The information was scattered, often outdated, and nearly impossible to compare.
We knew there had to be a better way. So we built it.
