2. Cancellation Policy

2.1 How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time through one of the following methods:

  • Account Settings: Log in to your account and navigate to Settings > Subscription > Cancel Subscription
  • Email: Send a cancellation request to billing@taxsalesportal.ca
  • Contact Form: Submit a cancellation request through our contact page

2.2 When Cancellation Takes Effect

    You will continue to have access to your subscription benefits until the end of the paid period.

    No further charges will be made after cancellation.

Important Note

Cancelling your subscription will result in the loss of access to premium features, saved data (watchlists, saved searches), and historical data once your subscription period ends. We recommend exporting any important data before cancelling.

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Money-Back Guarantee (First 14 Days)

New subscribers are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of their initial subscription purchase if they are not satisfied with our service.

  • Processed within 5-10 business days

3.2 After 14 Days

After the initial 14-day period, we generally do not offer refunds. However, we may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis for:

  • Documented technical issues that prevented use of the service
  • Accidental duplicate charges
  • Billing errors on our part

3.3 Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Subscription renewals (automatic or manual) after the initial 14-day period
  • Partial month usage
  • Account suspensions due to Terms of Service violations
