1. Click "Sign Up" or "Start Free Trial" on the homepage
2. Enter your email address and create a secure password
3. Verify your email address by clicking the link we send you
4. Complete your profile with your name and preferences

Your free trial includes 10 property views to explore our platform before committing to a subscription.

Once logged in, you can start searching for tax sale properties:

1. Navigate to the Marketplace from the main menu
2. Use filters to narrow by province, property type, or price range
3. Click on any property to view details, documents, and tender information
4. Save properties to your watchlist for easy tracking

Customize your experience by completing your profile:

• Add your investment preferences (property types, locations)
• Set up email notification preferences
• Configure property alerts for new listings
• Link your social accounts for easy login
